We use Cleanco Truck Mounted Equipment that is powered by PTO drive. Each van has 2 water tanks. One for fresh water used to clean; the other is a waste water recovery tank.

The equipment that is brought into your home includes the solution line and vac hose. The solution line carries clean water and the vac hose is the extraction vehicle for the dirty water taken back to the waste water recovery tank in the van. The cleaning method used is called hot water extraction. Your carpet is pre-sprayed with a detergent and then clean rinsed with high-pressure soft hot water. The water pressure varies according to the degree of soiling. Approximately 90% of the water is extracted from your carpet. The drying time varies from 3-6 hours. Air circulation ie: fans, heat,and open windows can be used to reduce this time.

We offer Teflon protective coating (extra charge). This product keeps high traffic areas cleaner longer and helps to prevent permanent staining. Teflon is water-based and is applied to your carpets/upholstery with a sprayer. It is important to note that colored dyes in slurpies, pop, freezies, and koolaide can permanently stain your carpet and can penetrate Teflon so BE CAREFUL!!!!!
